I used to get motion sickness on every car trip my family took. The pills rarely worked for me either, so my mom found another solution. It's a small patch that you place behind one of your ears. Worked like a charm. I'm not sure the name of them, but I'm sure that you can find them at any drug store next to the pills. Hope that helps! :)

All motion sickness is eased by carefully tracking the movement by looking forwards - involve her in the skill of reading the road as a driver and it will at least ease

Let her ride in the front seat, if she's old enough. Some people have more difficulty with motion sickness in the rear seat.

Put her in the front seat so she can see horizon. I see someone put the ear patch - it didn't work for me. I use the wrist bands. They work great.

I use the wrist bands for all kinds of nausea - they at least settle the tummy down.

Try keeping her eyes looking forward through the window shield not sideways at the windows.
