Well, you know, I like to help, so I tried doing what Richard J said. I like to hunt for things. And there is *nothing* out there. I tried not only the spelling you are using, but the alternate spelling as well (voodoo). Which leads me to believe that there may not be a traditional diet associated with vodun, as there is with the Jewish faith. This being the case, you may need to go to the roots of the faith itself, say to Haiti. The link below will give you some basics on the diet of Haitians. I am sure that as these people migrated to other countries (like America) they brought not only their beliefs but their foods with them. Hope this was some help!
