I had been with Dr. X since 1999, and I loved her partner Dr. Z. Dr. X is in her 70s and Dr. Z who was super, recently left the city moved elsewhere. I'm not comfortable with Dr. X because of her age and I don't think she's on top of a lot of things.
What's the best way to "audition" a doctor? I already saw another doctor in the same internist profession, but I don't like him either bec. he's about 80 y.o.
I'm more into younger women doctors.
How should I be looking for a doctor besides office visits? (I've asked friends for recos, FYI)

Alot of insurance companys have doctor finders right on their websites, listing location, specialty, a brief bio on them including age. So you may want to start with your insurance company, if not there are many doctor listings online.
