fish... dont have legs so cant fall over
and they live in water so obviously drink.
try puttin em in a bottle of blue WKD, or maybe a barcardi breezer.
plain vodka is best but very strong. they'll be more than tipsy lol.

It may cause them to swim upside down,bump into the side of the tanks and have double vision!

They don't "drink " in your sense.
If they are "fed " alcohol they will, and, as you will, become disorientated, and, as you will, die, if the alcohol is in sufficient concentration for long enough.
You might wonder about skunks though!

obvious fish drink but if they drunk alcohol it could seriously harm them even poison them and even kill them ....good question thought lmao lol !!!
