Probably not- since you don't know the person, you'd be surprised at how many people might disapprove or be uptight about that place (great chicken wings, tho) Also, some chicks just wouldn't like being in an environment having to compete for attention with all the er- distractions.
Not a first/blind date - if you've been going out awhile and know they're cool with it, that's different.

well it could be yes or no. Yes if you find your blind date to be not your ideal date. You would at least have something to look at while eating. No if your blind date is what you have been dreaming of, because you may get distracted and your dream date could be angry because of your wandering eye. I would be safe and go somewhere for a couple drinks during happy hour.

Definitely no. It's better for something more intimate. An Italian restaurant or something. I'm sure you don't want to be remembered as the person that went on a first date to HOOTERS!

Coffee shops are a safe bet, you can even plant a friend for added safety or to use as a quick get out if needed. People run into each other all the time at coffee shops right. Your friend can give you their opinion of your date later.

Not unless you are sure that your blind date will be HOTTER then the waitresses! And if she's not - then yeah it's a good place - at least you'll have some fun with the lookey lookey if not any nookie nookie!

I wouldn't be interested in Hooters. It is so vulgar. Try some place that is quiet and dark and intimate and romantic.
