There's a small Irish high-tech company claiming they discovered a way of creating unlimited free energy. That goes against one of our most fundamental ways of understanding the universe: the principle of conservation of energy that says 'energy can neither be created nor destroyed, it can only change form.'
If they are right it means we would never have to recharge our mobile phones or refuel our cars.
They challenged the scientific community to prove them wrong
The Challenge was published in The Economist magazine.
Here's the link to the company:

Here's the news from an accredited media source:

I am very sceptical about their claim, but if they are right this would be the most bombastic discovery in human history, it would change global economy forever.
What do you think?

I checked over their website but there is almost no information. There are no technical descriptions of the device, no pictures, and no white papers. There are no experiment logs. The only thing I've found are a statement that it has to do with interactions of magnetic fields and that it puts out 5X as much power as a cell phone battery. They make the statement that it is still under development.
From a scientific point of view, the previous people who suggest that you can get power from a magnetic or gravitational field are incorrect. A static magnetic field has no available power. Power can only be obtained if the field moves or changes in intensity or polarity. This applies to gravity as well (except for the polarity part). You can't sidestep the laws of thermodynamics by suggesting that the energy is extracted or harnessed rather than being created because there is no energy to extract in a static field. Secondly, if you cause the field to fluctuate or move then the total energy transfer will be less than what you put in.
There are sources of available energy. For example, the Moon moves around the Earth and causes the local gravitational field to change as it moves closer and then further away. This causes the tides and people do in fact obtain free energy from tides. Theoretically, you could place a large scale generator on one of the moons of Jupiter and allow it to generate electricity as it passes through the intense magnetic fields around Jupiter. However, this project would be about 1,000X more involved than the Apollo Moon mission.
I would say that this small company has some flaw in the way that they are accounting for energy in their experiments and this has led them to the wrong conclusion. I'm certain that their device is not more than 100% efficient.

They challenged the scientific community to prove them wrong? There is your big red flag, I'm talking a 30x30 glowing neon warning flag. Think about this for a second. If they really had done it, they could sell it to anybody for whatever price they wanted and let the scientific community figure it out later! All they have to do is demonstrate to some electric company that all of the generators and energy producing machinery are a thing of the past, and they will have enough money to buy Bill Gates. This is a publicity stunt, pure and simple, and enough people have no idea about the fundamental laws of nature to benefit from the obviously warranted doubt we all feel.

via fact that the universe and each little thing in it grow to be created by ability of God there fairly is not any choose for thermodynamics. God is suited and created a suited international. The planets revolve around the sunlight and characteristic carried out so via fact that God created the universe. It takes an entire 3 hundred and sixty 5 days for the earth to rotate on its axis and revolve around the sunlight.

Just cause the energy is free of cost doesn't mean that it's breaking the laws of thermodynamics.
But as far as being free of cost, i doubt it. It might cost something in terms of time or effort. For instance there is a flashlight that recharges for free. you just have to crank it.
You can't break the laws of thermo.

nay i dont think so
it sounds like a machine that harnesses magnetic feilds ive had ideas like this for years
it wouldnt violate the laws of thermodynamics due to the fact it is harnessing energy rather than creating it from nothing and it would be pretty much free and unlimited

it's impossible to create energy. that much we know. the level of energy in the universe is a constant. HOWEVER, easy to produce and CHEAP (ie, free) energy can be made in several theoretical methods. it's dubious this company actually found any, as there are plenty of other companies who claim to have discovered such systems and all turned out to be fraud. it is possible though.

i honestly think that if they did it right that its correct. to be totaly honest with you i've thought about it alot, and a friend of mine has thought about it more extensivly, but it is posible to have a renuable energy source with magnatisum. what do u think runs this universe? its all gravity and magnitisum, so why cant we tap into either of them if not both.

I feel a scam coming on.....
Look, thermodynamics is fundamental. If it has a flaw it would be found by academia
