Impossible to answer - depends on the size of the office, area of the country, and responsibilities of the office manager.
Basically, you're entitled to make whatever you and your employer agree on.

my uncles is an office manager and he made $45,000 a year for the first 2 or 3 years, now he makes about $60,000 a year
