There is a lady that lives on the second floor above me named Luka. She apparently keeps walking into doors and such. I ask her all the time if she is ok but she just tells me it is none of my business, so I just quit asking how she is. I dont know how her husband sleeps because there is a lot of noise in the apartment late at night. I guess I shouldnt ask what it was.

The only suggestion I have is to move to a different building, or get your own house. If you have your own house, you don't have to worry about noises coming from other people's apartments. As far as Luka walking into doors, and stuff, remove all doors in the complex, keep all furniture out of her path, and buy her a tazer so she can keep her husband from hitting her.

Had 2 neighbors that used to fight ,apt right under mine Every night.I usually was afraid id eventually hear gunfire.The names they called each other..........and then next day you would see them out walking,holding hands.They have since moved..believe one went to jail..lmao.
