Can i get my mac code from BT without having to phone them or waiting on them releasing it??

I am switching to Sky brodband and need the MAC code frrom BT ,but can,t find any reference to it on any bt sites ,can I find it out without phoning them or waiting for them to give me it

no you cant i emailed them for a mac code and they said i can only get it by phone

No, you need to phone them and you need to know your BT account number too. The number you need is this one; 0800 800 030.

it should be on the bottom of your modem, or on it somewhere
