I have a motorola v3i (the new flat flip 1) and the screen has frozen after it being in my hand bag i have noticed a scratch on the screen would this have anything to do with it, (it has not been there b4), but the front screen is fine. i have no insurance but i am on contract on O2 what shall i do,

i have tried taking the battery out nd putting it bk in again as i did with the sim

i would recommend takin it back to the shop where u brought it from and ask if its covered under warrenty its sound like a small stone has managed to enter the scrren and short circut it

hey i work in a phone shop and have to tell you that Motorola phone are the most unreliable phones that you can buy as you got it on line there isn't much you can do


i suggest contacting motorola and see if they will fix the frozen screen as it should be covered by a 1 years manufactorers warrenty but this warrenty only covers faults and not damage so they will not fix they scratch for free

if the frozen screen is caused by damage then they will charge for it to be fixed too

i'd suggest staying clear of motorolas in future even if they do look nice

get anoda screen...if it's possible, cos that would burn ur pocket a bit. best bet is 4 u 2 sell d fone off now dat it has value (believe me,it's d beginning of d end 4 ur fone to be sincere, more reason y u should sell it). take my advice Griff,goodluck.

Have you tried taking out the battery and putting it back in?
Maybe it has just crashed - mine has done that a few times.

scratch is not the problem i think you may have accidental turned the camera on and it burned it out i had the same problem with the v3i in maroon color sent it back still in warranty for 1yr in my case cost me 57 USD

hey man. you have damaged your screen.look on ebay . just put in the type of phone you have under search. i saw one on there for under 10 bucks. good luck
