I have n idea where he is last I heard he was helping put together a song for an album to raise funds for the Katrina victims, and no he wasn't found guilty so he is a free man.

He was not convicted. Last I heard he was living in Bahrain - an island nation in the middle east. He is in a money dispute with one of his former buddies but was able to send in video taped testimony.
