The Beatles "I Want You (She's So Heavy)" I remember is had a unusual time signature (can't recall maybe 12/8) and it changed again during the bass rift. Interesting question.

The "Time Further Out" album by jazz artist Dave Brubeck contains several songs that are not 4/4 time...one is 9/8 I think and another is described as 7/4.

Orange Was the Color of Her Dress, Then Blue Silk by Charles Mingus. That song has so many time changes.

There's tons of great songs out of 4/4 timing. Somebody else answered the Grateful Dead, yeah, Estimated Prophet is pretty amazing song too.

Money by Pink Floyd, its in 6/8 time but switches to 4/4 then back again for the guitar solo.

Favourites of mine are Lionel Ritchie Three times a lady and there is a Norah Jones one too - Come Away with me.

Jimi Hendrix described it as "...an upside down blues song". It's actually a waltz.
