How can i fix a bad lid switch. Thanks...

The only way it works, is if I keep something heavy on top so that the water drains, spines, rinses. The little flap in the hole is broke some way. It takes more pressure then the prong on the lid. Like this for 4 days now.

If it is the one that keeps it from spinning when the lid is open you can easily replace it or tighten its mounting screws. You could also twist the two wires together to defeat it to use the machine while you are waiting for a replacement. Flipping the machine's top up makes it obvious what the problem is and where you need to work.

The lock switch, just use a popsicle stick and unlock it

Call for repair. Sears does a great job and are not that expensive.
