I sometimes hear a bubbling/gurgling sound after I turn off the car engine. It does it after driving short & long distances. It does not overheat at all. Any ideas on what it could be?

overfill rad? its the coolant overflowing to the over flow tank. it could still be overheating or you have a leak somewhere that would cause air to get in the system and make bubble noises. drive the car, pop the hood befor you shut it off. shut it off and run to see exactly where it coming from to better understand whats going on.

If your lucky you can replace the radiator cap and the problem will be solved if your not so lucky sounds like a head gasket.

Hm... If it is NOT overheating then it could be coming from the air conditioner condenser if you have one fitted. Overheating is the only worry otherwise ignore it.
