I need a free Internet Photo service like Yahoo! Photos that allows viewers to download the photos to their computer. Which service should I use?

I prefer to use Yahoo! Photos for my family photos, I can then share them globally or with specific users if I want to. For other "random" photos I like to use flickr. The only other photos service I have liked is http://www.photobucket.com , it is quite good but I haven't used it in a while.
All of these allow viewers to download photos.

I like snapfish. You can not only download photos that others can see but you can also buy prints cheap.
