I wouldn't trust free online math tutoring. Ask other students you know about math tutors or ask your parents...and if you are in college, ask a college staff member. Don't use online math tutors! They would never work. Math is one of those things that you need to be taught in person.

Contact your local vocational college where GED's and Adult Education Courses are taught. Most of those schools have programs (possibly through your local library) for on-line education especially in the area you indicated - Mathematics. Prior to attending her first college courses my wife was directed to some of those and they were most helpful as refresher courses at home.

best way to learn math is through a book. i'm self-taught in geometry, trig, pre-cal., calculus, and did it all through books
