I would make him ride on the Disney "Small World" ride for 18 hours/day for the rest of his life. Now THAT'S cruel and unusual punishment.

they shuld keep him alive - so he can be used as a witness in trying Rumsfeld, Reagan et al for supporting him and supplying him wirth chemical weapons in the first place..
