Spider-man 3 is in the post production phase of the movie now...meaning they are shooting last minute footage and reshoot any scenes that aren't right while also going through edits. This doesn't mean that the movie is almost done though, because it isn't coming out until May 7th, 2007.

It will come out next year. Spidey will face off against The Sandman, Venom, and the new Green Goblin.
