a cookie is a little piece of information a website sends to your computer in order to recognize you later. On internet explorer, you can enable cookies by going to "tools" up at the top, selecting "internet options" and selecting the "privacy" tab. Then, put it to "medium," and you should be able to use cookies :)

The browser remembers certain info in the form of cookies. Your browser has disabled them. Here's what you do for enabling. Assuming you have Internet Explorer. Click on Tools -> Internet Options. Click the Privacy Tab. Set the setting (slide bar placed vertically) to "Medium". Click Apply. Click Ok. Close all browsers and restart Internet Explorer. Try doing the same thing. It should be gone. NOTE:- Once you empty the Temporary Internet Files the info will be wiped. So ensure that auto empty Temporary Inter Files is disables (also present in the Internet Options)
