Go to the home page of the email provider, www.hotmail.com or whatever. Click the sign up link, fill out the form etc etc. Then she has an email address and a password, that can be accessed from any computer anywhere, with an Internet connection, and the password. Hope that this helps.

Create her a Yahoo email account. just follow the instructions. If you want her to access it from your computer using Outlook or Outlook Express. You can set up an account on your computer in her name. Click START, Control panel, then user accounts. Then set up Outlook Express to access her email account at yahoo logged in as her on your computer. Alternatively, you can log in as yourself, click file in Outlook Express and switch identities and give her a passworded identity of her own - that way you won't download her email when you download your own.

Why not create her a Yahoo login, then she will be able to access her own e-mail from whatever computer she is able to access.
