You should talk with your husband about this.....you need to communicate. Most men will not run to another women, they want their wife. Let him know you are having a problem. Believe me there will come the day when he will have the same problem. Been there! You may want to make an appointment with your Gyn. You may be overworked, stressed or depression may be the problem. Remember, first talk with your husband and make an appointment. God Bless

Some people on here said it was normal to loose your sex drive at 30 WRONG I'm 30 and want it more than i ever have.
I think you need to talk to your husband. Maybe your doing it the same way every time and that does get boring. You two need to try some new things to spice it up a little.
I was married for 10 yrs to my ex and i lost my sex drive but the problem was we never did anything new it was always the same old things.
Also do you have kids, how old is your youngest.
Sometimes after you have a baby you just dont feel like having sex.

For a second there, I thought you were my girlfriend.
I don't know what happened. We used to have sex so much, I would actually drive home on my lunch time just to have a quickie. We did it in the movies, a rental car, before and after dinner, sometimes she was so horny I had to pull over, just to finger please her.
But with time it fade away. We broke up and I ended up with someone else for a while. Then we got back together and sex was good... for a little while... then it went back to nothing.
Now I am lucky if I get any at least once a month. I love her. I am a caring resposible man and mature enough to share chores and responsabilities, and I can understand priorities change with time. But at least twice a week wouldn't hurt.
MY ADVICE: have sex with him. Even if you dont want to. turn him on during the day, make him horny and I bet you he will only take 5 minutes of your day. Those five minutes will save your relationship. Do it before it's to late.

Invite your husband out to dinner one evening. Wear something that makes "YOU" feel sexy! Once there, relax and stay positive.
Talk about the times the two of you made love in the beginning of your relationship. Be very specific in talking about what you did for eachother that made it such a turn on! Stay positive and sexy during dinner. On the way home at a stop light or stop sign, lean over and kiss him, the way you used too. Once home, you can slowly remove all of his clothes and let him remove yours. From there, you know where to take things. I think if you can get a small spark of sexual desire back, things may slowly return. It may not ever be 2 or 3 times a day but it can return. I know, my wife went through something very similar when she was 30.
I wish you the very best of luck.

Hmm, well it could be a hormone thing. Might talk to your doctor about it. I would ask myself some questions first though:
1) Is there more going on than just the sexual problems? Maybe you aren't realizing how some of the fights you "may" have affect your mood.
2) In the bedroom, does he care about how satisfied "you" are? Or does it seem like he is in it just for him. Because, my husband and I still enjoy it...only do it once per week now, but we both like it because we are both there to please each other.
3) Are you under a lot of stress? Stress can make ANYONE not in the mood, believe me.
If it has nothing to do with any of these things, I would go to the doctor and talk to him/her about it. Good luck!

Leslie, listen to me. All my life, I heard women blaming themselves about this problem and I don't remember a single case when that was the truth.Did you enjoy making love to your husband before? If your answer is yes, you should have an honest conversation with him. Maybe he can do something to excite you again. And Leslie, don't expect to go trough life doing it two, three times a day. After some time, is normal for that number to go down. Numbers are that important. What is important is that both of you enjoy it every time. Good luck.

That happened to me but for a different reason, I just didn't love him anymore. I had no feelings like that left at all for him, couldn't even stand the feel of his kiss. I had to leave. If you still love him, find a way, go away together, talk to your doctor, have a sex toy party, whatever, do something before it's too late.

Kids? Life? Hormones? I am in the same boat.
I found that my sex drive came back after I hit the gym and worked out. I was almost frisky to get home.
Then I realized it was timing, stress, hormones, no energy and waining self esteem that was the problem. The eating well and exercise has totally helped that.
Good luck!
I love dr Drew's sex tv show it was so helpful to me as well.

get your groove back girlie. 30 is my age, and remember those times you could get into it. What happened, kids, work, stress? tired all the time.. Take a personal inventory of yourself today. Write down the things you want out of life as if you had a magic wand and could get them.. Then on the other side, right down what you want for your family.. Check off the things you can accomplish and those you can't, let your spouse know that if he will take these things and care for them, you too can spark back up. Don't be hard on yourself. That's why its called a relationship.. two people, not one.. communicate, then once you get your groove back, take walks, have dinner alone in a sexy environment, don't feel shrubbish and take care of your inner and outer beauty.. It feels good, when you take care of yourself.. Then lay it on him.. he won't know what hit him.. God bless girl, and find ya groove..
