My ten year old son is Dyspraxic and I received a report from the occupational therapist recommending that he is referred for rebound therapy. Does anyone know anything about it or have had it themselves?

My nephew has it to help improve his balance, but i know that is has been shown to improve many things like Strengthening of the limbs, Communication,Patience, Co-ordination ,independence, Self-confidence, Muscle tone, Reaction speed, Stamina, Spacial awareness,Body awareness,
Social awareness, Increasing height and depth perception and just because it is fun.
I do not know a great deal about how it will help children with dyspraxia, but i do know that the small centre i work in for children with special needs (both physical and behavioural) think it is that good that they are building there own rebounding room
