Turn the water to the toilet off, and empty. After drying, wax the inside of the bowl with automotive paste wax. It gives new meaning to sh1t sliding off, and really reduces cleaning.

You can get a toilet cleaner with Teflon in it (no lie this really exists). This will form an anti stick costing that will prevent this from happening as much. If you do get a clingon flush again and that will get rid of it.

Toilet brush near the toilet. Use it. That's what they make them for.

You must have some clean house, NOT. Wouldn't kill you to clean the toilet with bleach, would it?
