Receiving gratification after a person has told a pregnant women that she is having her unborn fetus removed from her uterus vaginally and then keeping her fetus alive without telling her should not be a legal practice.

I think what you're trying to say is that the doctor will pretend to abort the baby but really the fetus is still inside the woman's uterus, if that happens then yeah I would consider it at the very least illegal and immoral.

no it shouldnt. i would never get an abortion but i am pro choice...i beleive it is the mothers decision. once you deceive the mother in thinking that the unborn fetus has been removed and is not living, you take away that womans choice to abort the fetus

I am a little confused with your question. How did you come up with this. There is nothing documented on any such case of this happening. If so it doesn't take a smart person to realize this is not legal.
