I've seen it and enjoyed it my wife was a bit freaked out by it but we are looking forward to the sequel

It's gruesome and generally I hate scary films because I s**t myself but I watched this all the way through and really liked it.
Unlike other gory flicks this one is actaully believable and I also think that it is actually based on a true story.
I'd go so far to say it's the best film I've seen this year in all genres and definately the best horror film I have ever seen.

I saw this movie and thought it was mindless drivel. I feel bad that Quentin Tarrantino had his name associated with this movie because the only way to get people to produce it he had to be attached.
There is no plot to this movie and it is just snuff. Anyone who says this is a good movie needs help and a better taste in movies.
As for it being based on a true story, that is a half truth. Eli Roth found a website that advertised being able to kill someone for $10,000.

I though it was going to be stupid but tarintino did what he set out to do, make a gory horror film like from the 80's. I didnt think it was to gory til the end.

Like most horror films out these days, it just failed to deliver the gory goods. Could have used some meddling with the genitalia to intensify the horror. Just okay in my opinion.

movie suckedd!!! the douche bag is the only guy who survives...what is that? The torturing scenes were alright i guess. How dumb was that when the douchebag(maincharacter) ran over the girls that tricked him? VERY! The only thing that was good was that hot european chick, everything else was lame and not worth while.

I've seen it and I thought It was ok. Not enough horror, and too much sex. I thought it was a horror sex movie. It was not scary enough.

not as good as advertise. Gory, unnerving and suspenseful to an extent, but not really scary.
way better than his other "horror" movie CabinFever (sucks!)

i haven't seen it but i heard it is not a true horror movie! it is just a movie, full of disgusting scenes
