I'm not even through with this job and I've already got 3 more on my desk, and everyone else is taking it easy?

When we go to work we work and get salary. Among us there are people who really work hard and there are some people they do nothing but look busy. In short run they are successful. As you got frustrated your frustration will put you in trouble, but those who are taking easy will continue doing same thing.
But in long run you will be experienced, could work in pressure and get promotion not today but surely later. There are people around us who are watching us but we are not aware. They are Ear and Eyes of Boss. These kind of people exists in every working place. When their is a promotion time they will talk about your work.
My advise, when work, enjoy your work because that work will give you salary in return and that you can use for anything you want. To get more money then love more work. By that you will not get tired. Stop thinking about others learn as much as you can and beat those lazy people.

Take it as a compliment. Your boss sees you as a hard worker, dependable, and responsible. He wouldn't give you the responsibility if he didn't think you can handle it. Obviously, he thinks just like YOU do about your coworkers. Is it fair that the slackers continue to be ALLOWED to be slackers? No..but if you want a job done and done right, you need people who will get it done the right way and in the right amount of time.
also, remember the 80/20 rule of buisiness. 20% of the people will do 80% of the work.

I haven't seen the top of my desk since I started working at my job!!! I'm too busy to notice what anyone else is doing.

Do not look at other people working. If they are loosers, you're not gonna become a looser to be standard. If it is affecting your own job, this is different, you need to express yourself. If not, be yourself and don't forget that you only have one head and two hands. In a team, there is always the ones who take it easy and are never in trouble. It is just the way it is, that's your boss' problem, not yours.

OH.. you sound like me.. I always had many jobs and the others did not.. I figured it out that I was the only one that could be counted on by my boss to get the job done and done right.

Oh I hate slackers. Tell them to get to work.
Dont worry, soon your boss will notice that you are working and they arent and it will pay off. Just be patient and work through everything one step at a time.

Sometimes you are busy and sometimes you are not, like right now I am not lol. If you are busy just do it and hopefully your boss will notice.
