I make on the breaking point of the median earnings for a San Francisco resident and that i slightly carry it at the same time. definite, I take care of money badly, yet each little thing is extreme priced. basically procuring a sweet bar, the taxes will devour you up. you ought to maximum likely seem into Oakland (There are fairly sensible and gentle factors), Walnut Creek, brotherly love or everywhere in the East Bay, Daly city or South San Francisco. also seem into Park Merced in SF (a residing community through SFSU). a three bedroom runs $2700-$3500 yet they're sensible, VERY spacious and correctly managed and on the breaking point of public transit. They continuously have openings and also you'll negotiate the lease. a first rate "studio", runs an known of $1000 - $1400 searching on the area of direction so that you'll be able to easily imagine. I lucked out and were given a one bedroom for $1300 in a semi-first rate community noted as the challenge. Bart is extreme priced. Muni has countless month-to-month passes for $75 it quite is a thieve even with the undeniable fact that the equipment isn't continuously reliable. And the bridge tolls seem going up each 3 hundred and sixty 5 days. seem into the no longer-so-popular neighborhoods in case you settle on to stay in the city...(sundown, excelsior, richmond district) SF is expur decision.

I've rented to them 2 flats in Palermo neighbourhood and all has been excellent. Don't know where you're going but if it's a trip for pleasure, Palermo it's a great option 'cos you're like in the middle of everything, if you like the nightlife, Palermo is the place. Belgrano is a great place too, a bit more quiet, you have great restos in 'Las Cañitas'. In any case, Palermo and Belgrano are 10 minutes away by underground. Have fun!
