Yes, I have been growing to cynicism day by day, I guess I'm just surprised by the level of stupidity and fanaticism of some people.

the only thing i noiced is a lot of people are very cynical here and are non believers in a lot of things and since they feel that way feel everyone should.i am trying to think positive that maybe others will become less cynical and more hopeful in a lot of things whether it be love ,religion ,the world,life,whatever seems a lot of people have no positive thoughts anymore i hope that changes for them life can be pretty hard when you are very cynical.but i havnt become more cynical

I spent a year and a half on Yahoo Chat in the politics section for about 3 hours a day. I then spent another year in a politics forum butting heads with Republicans and halfwits (interchangeable). I could get more cynical if you stuffed me with acidic pulp and glazed me.

I think we all gravitate toward cynicism as a result of life, age and experience. It's the by-product of listening to the empty promises of politicians and people in general.
