I have used creatine in the past for weight trainer with some good success. Ultimately, i am now much more interested in the recovery aspect creative helps with being that pitching requires a 3-4 day recovery period. What is the general consensus on this?

cretine is legal and doesnt have bad long term effects but the only thing against it is developing bulk in the arms that will hinder your arm speed.

I pitched through the minor leagues, and I used Creatine for most of my career...I believe it helped tremendously in keeping the overall "soreness" you get after throwing down to a minimum.

This is for certain...it will not hurt you.

Glutamine is for muscle recovery....some creatines already have glutamine in it....if it doesnt, you should also take glutamine...3 servings per day.
