compair the two muffleres sisde by side. mark the pipe with a marker. cut off the old muffler and then just slide the new one on. use some quik steel and a clamp if you cant weld.

you really need to take it to a muffler shop,,there not very expensive,,and they have all the necessary tools to do it with if you do it,,your going to be laying under it,,and this is a hard job to do,,on the ground,,i own a repair shop,,and even when one is up in the air,,it still can be hard to do,,i hope this helps.
