7 day after conception by blood, as the HCG does not start building until implantation occurs. Once baby implants, it doubles everyday you are pregnant.

Well, you can only get a blood test at your doctor's office, but usually you need to wait at least 2 weeks after conception to know if you're pregnant or not.
Most people just wait until they miss a period. But if you've had a procedure like IUI or IVF, they make you wait 2 weeks before they'll do a blood test.

if you are late for your period...go get a test, blood tests can only be done at the doctors office.
