yesterday i was downloading norton antivirus 4 my nokia 6630.when the installation was completed,the phone suddenly hanged. i m sure tht it was attacked by a virus. the cell isnt working. if i hv 2 switch it off, i hv 2 take out its battery.plz help me in removing this virus.and tell me which is da best antivirus for cell phone and where can i get it?????

use the following codes...
for restoring the cellphone to the original condition... type *#7780# the phone will ask for reboot... make sure you have your battery fully recharged... wait for sometime until the phone boots.. and finally when it boots... you have your mobile at the state in which it was bought brand new... btw dont use any antivirus... unless you are accepting unwanted bluetooth connections...

this is news to me how can a virus get into a cell phone and why do u need antivirus for a phone u better take it back to wherer they sold it to u from and get another someone is pulling your leg...

what makes u think its a virus, i think ur phone is malfunctioning, taking back to where u bought if its new and get a good phone or it its old take it to phone specialist and have them reboot the phone for u, i'm sure they'll know what to do for u,,, good luck

i will suggest that you go back to the service centre as i dun know how can u install an anti virus if u can't even operate your phone properly.... just my advice....
