i hope seamus doesn't die. JK Rowling told WB that it was important for him to be in the movies. maybe he'll play a more important role?
I think draco will die.

First of all, I hope that Harry Potter won't die. Also I think that J.K. will kill someone very important for Harry. Perhaps Ginny, Ron or Hermione.
My wish is to kill only the bad guys: Voldemort, Bella etc.

From the interviews she seems to hint that at least one "good" character would die and she has said TWO people would die I think that Snape is one and possibly someone from the Weasly family. Maybe Mr. Weasly?
