People which you have described are those have nothing to do. Their prime factor is to watch others and pass comments. But sometimes there are our loved ones or friends they pay special attention toward us because they don't want us to be hurt.
It is very easy to watch other and pass comment but the person who want to comment must have enough knowledge and understanding to comment.
