The Institute is located near the Weber State Campus. There are many classes offered there, about the LDS faith. Some are classing about the various parts of the scriptures, some deal with church history. The LDS Institute program is geared toward LDS adults ages 18-30, the bulk of the program is for singles. There is also a program for the Married students in that age group as well. I think a previous poster gave you a link with more information. You don't have to be LDS to participate in Institute, as long as you remember that LDS Values are expected at the activities and LDS doctrine is taught in the classes. Similar programs are found all over the US and other parts of the world, according to the local needs. I have taken several institute classes, from the Logan institute as well as the Boise Institute. I enjoyed all of the classes. The last one I took, was Women in the Scriptures, I really liked that one. I believe it is offered at all institutes. There is one offered at the Ogden Institute called religions of the World. I started to take that one, but then my schedule changed and I did not take the whole thing. That was years ago, but I am sure it is still offered.

If he owns property or has a car tag in that town/county, then the courthouse will have a record of it. You would have to visit the courthouse records department to check as they will not give you information over the phone.
You can also try people searches over the internet such as www.intelius.com. The internet sites do charge a fee to obtain the information. Hiring a private investigator is another option, but again, costly.

Try Google or Internet whitepages.
Is this going to be a nasty surprise when you find him (did he lose contact to avoid you or avoid child support?).
There are search sites on Internet that check public records for free and then offer to do a search for $30 or so if they haven't gotten results. Try them - they are really good with addresses and phone numbers for free and with drivers licenses and court records for the fee.
