Either the ports are bad, or they are inactive.
Enter the admin console through a web browser and check the port settings.
And don't listen to the idiot advising D-link, it's garbage. Linksys are a division of Cisco, the leader in networking.

Like nobody said, the ports may have gone bad. It could have been caused by sudden electrical surge due to power outage or fluctuation, or lightening storm.
Are you sure you've checked the ports with known working cables? Have you done a loop test (plug one in end of the cable to the working port the other to the port you're having problems with)? Make sure the cables aren't loose when they're plugged in.
Call Linksys - if its still under warranty, you can get a replacement.

I have two extra Linksys routers sitting around here somewhere. They operate on only 1 or 2 ports each. I keep them for spares. I believe they were affected by a power surge or nearby lightning strike.
