You probably won't have loose flabby skin from a weight loss of that amount, unless you have absolutely horrible elasticity in your skin. Elasticity is better in a younger person than an older person. The best thing to do is lose it slowly and do strength training to tone your muscles along the way.

It's difficult, but not impossible: Don't loose a lot of weight at once - stick to 2-3lb per week, while maintaining an exercise routine. This will reduce the excess skin. I've also heard that caffeine (in coffee grounds) can tighten the skin. This is substantiated by the beauty industry through products like this - http://www.caffeinecreme.com/.
If you're loosing "belly" weight, wear wraps or "tummy pressing" underware as much as possible.
There are always surgical options, but they are costly and painful. Gradual weight loss with exercise is your best bet.

Lose the weight slowly, and do toning exercises as you go along. If you are young, your skin is fairly elastic, and should be OK. Just don't try to dump all that weight in a few months.

Exercise, it should radiate through your whole body, mind and soul. You will feel better, more confidant about your body, you might even become a people magnet, cause your attitude and perception will be much more positive!!
