If so..why doesn't she come out of the closet...she makes a big deal about the gay people on her show that didn't...this is kind of meant to be a joke..but seriously if somebody has any real clues into her sexuality..please expose

I don't think she is. I believe her when she said so the other week. And I am not an Oprah fan. I am from Chicago originally and got a couple of tickets to the show to take my wife. They run one heck of a professional production though.
Unless she would think gayness would hurt her ratings. But I still tend to believe her.

i saw one episode in which she said (and i quote): "people often ask if i'm a lesbian because of my close friendship with Gayle (her best friend) but honestly people, with all the gay people i've had on my show do you think that i would be ashamed enough not to come out of closet with it??" so nah, i don't suppose she is gay

She have someone special, a guy, they''ve been together for quite sometime now. She is not gay, she say so in her show. She said, if she's gay, she won't deny it or hide it 'cause there's nothing wrong with being gay, so there you go, she's not gay.

there has been rumours about her and Gayle King. noticeably after her visual attraction on Ellen Degeneres (this a many years in the past). yet she denied that her and Gayle were lesbians publicly and no individual has been able to prepare that they are because that.
