If you are talking about trying to get pregnant (I was there) so what to do is not try and keep it off your mind as to say (I am not going to get pregnant) and guess what you will. I also was told by a Doctor I will never get pregnant but the same Doctor said "Congratulations" soon after. Good luck!

I assume by safe, you mean without the risk of STD's or something. Technically there is no safe way to get pregnant. There's always a risk.

Don't use a condom! Haha!
Ask your Doctor and see what's right for you're body. I've heard there are teas out there you can drink to help fertility, there are watches you can wear that test your ovulation and tell you when is a good time to have s e x.

YOu could make your own fertility tea.
I did this.
I used red rasberry leaf (very yummy actually tastes like rasberries), red clover BLOSSOM, nettle, and oatstraw. If nothing else use the red rasberry leaf. These herbs are very good for the female reproductive system. They help clean and condition....
Good Luck!
I used the whole dried herbs. Email me if you need ordering info. Otherwise, check your whole foods store.

Buy ovulation test kit it will tell you 12 to 24 hours before you are going to ovulate. then you will know the best times to have sex. Take your temperature in the mornings before you get out of bed and chart it. This lets you know when you ovulate.Heres some more information on that.

Also try to avoid large doses of caffeine I read that it makes it harder to get pregnant, try to avoid alot of stress

If you are having a hard time trying to concieve, then you need to go to a fertility doctor. Besides any advice that the doctor can give you, I would say keep trying.

Put a pillow under your booty while you have sex in missionary position. Then try to lay still for about 30 minutes after your partner ejaculates. Totally natural and free method!

Hi,
Take a dose or two of Robitussin around mid cycle. This thins your mucus to let the sperm swim more freely.
