I have found that Kaboom works rather well, especially if used fairly often. I bought it at Bed, Bath & Beyond.....it is in a purple bottle. Spray on the shower door, tiles, even the fixtures. Let it sit for about 10-15 minutes, then scrub with a brush and rinse. On the tiles it will kind of filmy due to the soap scum, but it scrubs off and the bathroom looks great!

I actually love the tub and tile cleaner by Melaleuca (on their website). You can only buy it through them, though :(But it is the best. Vinegar removes soap scum, so you can try that too.
