First of all, be flattered no matter who they are. It's an easy self esteem boost when somebody asks you out. It means they find you attractive.
Second, when you don't want to date the guy, just say sorry not interested. You don't have to say yes just because they asked.
Third, if you like a specific guy, but he hasn't asked you, then ask him out. Most guys like it when a girl takes the initiative. The worst that can happen is they say no. Nothing ventured, nothing gained.

If the only people asking you out are nerds that probably means YOU are a nerd. Either accept it or become "hot".
