My wife had an affair a while ago and I guess I'm just trying to understand it all a bit more. What was your deciding factor ? why did you end it ? Did you tell your spouse ? Are you still with your spouse ?

I don't agree that once a cheater always a cheater. I have cheated on my ex husband because I was unhappy and I didn't know how to tell him but I did . I didn't want to hurt him but he was not the man I married. But how is having an "OPEN Marriage" any different. He tried to forgive me but I couldn't forgive me. I hope he finds happiness. I moved on

I had an affair after I found ou that my husband was having an affair. We separated and I found comfort for my pain in someone else's arms. My parents told him about it but he didn't care as he know that he had hurt me and that we were separated and that I was in need of some love and attention. I divorced my ex-h because there was no point in keep on dragging it.

I had an affair because I was unhappy in my marriage and he was not willing to listen to me and try to change things. It really is no excuse but I was in the wrong place with the wrong guy. My husband found out and has forgiven me and we are now in counseling.

she done it because she is lacking in attention from you. you were all over her with "i love yous" ect when you started dateing then you married and you men act like thats it. no more being sweet or thoughtful. you just take it for granted that she will be fine with out those things. well it backfired on you. nobody to blame but you. maybe next relationship you wont slip up.

Sorry sweets... Id never ever have an affair. IN my whole life of dating (when i was single) I would never even date a guy who had ever cheated on anyone in his whole life. I am a FIRM believer that ONCE A CHEATER< ALWAYS A CHEATER... and I believe I'm completely accurate in thinking that way. I have friends who use to cheat and still do. They never stop, they just become more creative in hiding it.
