I come up to the drugdealer, he asks me if I wanna buy some, but when I press "Yes" or "No" Carl always says somethin´ like "No, thanx". Am i doing somenthin´ worng or is it just that my version of the game is screwed?

I've tried to say yes too, but you know full well that the Man would've come down on Rockstar like a ton of bricks if they actually let you purchase drugs in the game...
Although, Ryder and Big Smoke were unabashed users/dealers...

No your game isn't messed up you just cant buy drugs,if you started you'd be a junkie like big bear,and Carl's supposed to be the hero of the story.

no its just drugs are bad...and even though Carl is a thug...he is smart enough not to do drugs

TJ dont do drugs thats why you cant buy them.
