It wasn't renewed and there is no word about it being picked up by another network, sucks don't it. The dvd comes out today!!!

They are officially not returning. Both Eddie Cibrian and William Fitchner have signed on with other shows. Eddie will be on the new NBC series Kidnapped and William will be on tonight's premiere of Prison Break.

Quite disappointed as this was an entertaining show, they just left it hanging in the balance, even the actors aren't pleased that it ended this way
