If you're useing Internet Explorer, goto Tools > Internet Options > General Tab > Temporary Internet Files > Delete Cookies button. Thats to delete your immediate cookies from your cache.

To turn the process more into a permanent solution, goto Tools >Internet Options > Privacy Tab > move the slider all the way up so that it says Block All Cookies, click on apply and you're done.
