You need also to know the expiry date and some times the so called CVV2, a 3-digit number printed on the back of the card.
Please be advised that the card should be used only by the owner.

If she has a visa card, and is emailing you this stuff, then there's no reason SHE can't buy the stuff for herself. You can find plenty of internet cafe's in Nigeria to order online. If she wants you to do the buying and then send it to her, that means it's something illegal. Either it's a stolen card and you will be caught using it, or she's trying to avoid paying tax/duty/whatever fees, which is a crime that you will be charged for eventually.

You are being scammed, my friend. Tell your friend to buy the stuff for herself. And don't give her YOUR card number or bank account details. Oh, you did already? Cancel all that stuff immediately, and report it to the authorities for a fraud watch.
