I would like to live on native owned rental and learn some of the native ways of the original people's of this continent.

As someone of mixed Native heritage and a Florida resident, I applaud you.
I'd seek out an agency that deals with Native American affairs, here in Florida first,,,You can use the browser and do a general search, using keywords.
I'd seek out the local, or otherwise, tribal councils, and ask this of them. It may be that RENT won't be as much an issue as allowing you to do "research"
Certainly there are "reservations" in the context of Native owned land. Who might allow you to become a part,,,I have no true idea, but if you have a desire, the info is certainly out there.

you would be better off living with a family in thier home...doing housework..watching kids for them...sounds interesting I always wanted to try the same thing with the Amish...tell me how it goes. This is better than the typical vacation I think. I've done it in other countries...best experience of my life
