I cannot put my address to my emails that I have forwarded. It keeps telling me pop up window was blocked Error on page.

Sounds like you have a error with Internet Explorer. Best thing I can recommend is that you do all your updates. Java, Flash,Shockwave,etc.
If that doesn't work, go to
http://www.mozilla.org
and download Firefox. It's a web browser just like internet explorer. That should help eliminate that error, at least work around it until it's resolved.
There is one other thing, your pop up blocker my be blocking the address book page from showing up.

Turn off your popup blocker. Also, try holding CTRL when you click the button you are clicking.
