if by 'length of arc' you mean the perimeter of the circle, then it is 75. 398 cm.

calculate perimeter of the circle: 2*pi*r
which in this case is pi*24 = 75.398cm

And, if if by 'length of arc' you mean perimeter of the semi cicle, then it is 75.398/2= 37.699 cm.
