I'm planning on investing in my first mp3 player and entering the 21st century, and am a recent college grad so therefore dirt poor. Is there a good one out there?

Depends on what you are looking for...256 mb, 512 mb or 1 gb....

If you are looking for a good brand I went to a employee at best buy to see which one was best and he said that Creative Zen is one of the best mp3 players on the market.

The creative Zen is going for $99.99 for 1 gb at best buy which might be the best deal.

There is many other mp3 players out there and here is a list from best buy which I think the best place to buy consumer electronics around.

Here is the the link to a list of mp3 players and prices:

Sandisk is good for the money, plus they just lower the price on all Sandisk players.
